Ratnagiri Estate RDH2-3

India has become one of my favorite coffee origins to come back to, and Ratnagiri Estate is a big reason why. The estate has been in the Patre family for generations, and the work coming out of there keeps showing how much range Indian coffee can have.

This lot is one of those coffees I just really enjoy drinking. Sweet, balanced, and easy to come back to, with notes of brown sugar, cooked fruit, and a nice finish.  

Nothing about it needs to be overly complicated. It’s just a really solid coffee from an origin I’m excited about, and another reminder of why I keep paying attention to India.
