Edinson Argote Rose Co-Ferment

Here for limited time this rose petal co ferment is one of the most beautiful co ferments I've tasted in a while.

i cupped this a few months and like most of Edinson Argote"s coffees, i found myself returning to it again and again. as my first experience with a non fruit co ferment, it completely changed my expectations of what this style of coffee could be.

the cup is elegant and expressive, opening with fragrant rose aromatics before giving transitioning to notes of lychee and mango. While the fermentation never overpowers the flavor it works to create a layered and balanced cup.
