    Collaboration is the foundation of It's Still Coffee. from the space we roast in to the companies we choose to work with everything begins with a partnership.When I think about collaboration as a value, I think about how it can elevate not only PGH coffee, but coffee as a whole. It pushes us to ask better questions — about sourcing, about roasting, about the way we show up for our community. It challenges me to consider whether the green coffee I buy, roast, and serve carries the imprint of the relationships behind it. For us, collaboration isn’t just working together.
